Exersize bicycle for power. ???

I would like to get all the makins for a tub type plucker and somehow hook it up to this exersize bike i found at the dump. I wonder how hard it would be to build. Has anyone tried this. Would be great for us woman who could stand to lose a few pounds, lol

Ya maybe I'll draw up some plans on my idea and maybe i can get the gears from a machine works place. A good winter project.
