Exited for chicks! Help me out please though!

Hello today is day 21 and I was wondering how long after the first peep will it take for it actually start hatching? It has been 6 hours so far since this peep!

It can take up to 24 hours. I had one pip and hatch all within a few hours and another that is up to hour 7. It really all depends on the chick

Hello this is Sabrina, I'm wondering why my chick is hatching and their is thick blood and the baby is still alive and chirping. What happened??
