Expanding my flock

Hello. Love this site. Have had chickens on and off over the years. Expanding my flock because I ended up with two roosters last spring. Last week picked up 6 new hens. I thought one might have vent gleek so thought i'd post and ask. Has a scabby patch under her vent and missing feathers. Nothing coming out her vent. Otherwise seems very healthy. No lice, mites that I can see. Any thoughts?

She could have been vent pecked.
I would apply Stockholm hoof tar to the area regularly until the tissue heals and to keep others from pecking the area.
