I understand that the Rooster Booster Pick No More will keep chickens from picking on my molting girl, however, will it make them avoid her so much that they won't let her roost with them at night? I hesitate in putting it on her if she's going to be stuck outside in the cold. I've been separating her during the day and caging her at night, but I don't want it to get to the point that they won't let her be part of the flock again. I do turn them all out for 3 hours a day, but the affected chicken tends to avoid them.

Hi! welcome to BYC! I am not an expert on Pick No More, but I looked it up and it doesn't seem like the kind of thing that would make the other chickens pick on her. Just so I understand the situation better, what makes you think they will pick on her because of it?

Thank you for the welcome. It says that the smell and taste keep the other chickens from picking at her. But I'm wondering if the smell is so bad that they wouldn't let her into the hen house at night.
