Experienced, but have questions

I've had chickens for about 7 years, anywhere from 25 hens and a rooster form to 3 hens. I'm rebuilding my flock to about 10. I've had a wide variety of breeds because I like different colors of eggs. Also, different breeds have different personalities.
I just acquired 5 pullets and I think one of the 14 weekers just crowed. I can't have 2 roosters with so few hens. Here are some pics.
