Let me state right up front. I am NOT an experienced peafowl breeder or even owner. So feel free to ignore what I say. Hopefully someone will address your question.
As a VERY experienced animal caretaker, including poultry, the ingredients of this food would seriously concern me. What does it consider "grain products"? It really sounds like this feed is made of by products from the manufacture of some other feed/product. That said, there is no guarantee that it has any usable food value. Hopefully below is a link to the terms used for feed description. Over and above that ,19.5% of it is undigestable. What is it? Sorry the site won't allow me to link the description of terms to you.
It will probably keep them alive but i would not rate it very high based on what is there. Really isn't much info there. Is that the only feed being offered?

Trefoil & Augeredin, Thanks for the replies. Its an all purpose feed (atleast thats what I call it) that they sale here and label for several different animals. Almost all the feed stores here sale it and they all have a different name for it. I feed it to my meat rabbits and they do very well on it. I also feed it to my misc poultry that I just have running around the yard year around. In the winter I feed it to my peacocks and turkeys, but come about Feb I switch to a game bird breeder.
I would mix in extra proteins for the peafowl during winter. some kind of kibble...cat food works great. they go for that first. Peafowl are hardy they will eat just about any pellet but do best on gamebird and I find pigeon food is a great treat.
