Experiment: Eating a banana before going to bed- Try it!

Eat them, I love them especially on buttered toast before going to bed.... never had a nightmare yet....

DS, ade 3, just ate a banana and he's falling asleep. He usually giggles in his sleep. I'll report if he wakes up screaming BANANA!
