Right?! I recently hatch a Jersey Giant X Rhode island red and that chick was way big compared to the others.
I can only imagine how big yours will be!

This was one of my Chameleon Hens(Another project). She was tender, & very flavorful. She'd be a year old this year.
I think part of her tenderness was due to her being hung before butchering for 24rs.
