I had some eggs shipped to me last month and hatching them has been a tremendous failure. Out of 24 shipped, 21 arrived intact, 9 made it to lockdown, and today (day 22) only 5 of those are still viable. This is one of those 5, and it appears my bad luck streak continues. Is this some sort of neural tube defect? It sure looks like poor guy’s brain is on the outside. He is the second to hatch and had been the loudest and strongest. I’m so heartbroken for him.
