exterior door closed on chicken foot, What to do now?

So Twitch our sweet girl tried to run out of the coop while my daughter was getting them all back into the coop, from free-ranging a few minutes, the wood door closed on it. She quickly opened it.

Twitch puts weight on her foot.. but I have noticed she has a small skinned place on it. possible the size of a pencil eraser (round). only one small speck of blood (less than a pencil tip). I have placed some Aquaphor on it.. Anything else to do this week, or watch for?

This is the spot on the skinned leg

however on her other leg I see this (Which I didn’t see last night)
