Extra Days Lock Down ?

My incubator is a little one, only holds 7 eggs. I have a big bowl setting over it. I'm hoping to be able to just lift the side of the bowl to get babies, without disturbing the others too much.

Have you removed the actual lid to the incubator?

The only time that will be a problem is if you have to open the incubator to take chicks out when the others may be pipping.

I agree, you will have to watch any pipped eggs, but they should be ok.

Yes. It wouldn't hold temp or humidity correctly with the lid. so I spent days trying different things until I found one that worked.
