Okay, well, maybe not too extreme and, it's not totally completed but I wanted to get it out in the yard and the roof on before the rains came.

Here's the before. I was able to pick this up off of CL for $50. I probably put another $150 into it:

Also made it so the door swung open in lieu of up:




Back. The back was a solid panel with the 2 vent holes at the top. I decided I wanted another door so I took the panel off, cut it and made a double door:




I didn't change much on the inside:




I replaced all the chicken wire under the eaves and on the front window with 1/2" hardware wire. Also put a new roof on. Still need to level it, put the sign up, hang the planters and do some touch up work on it but all-in-all, I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out. The paint I used was someone's "oops" paint that I picked up at Home Depot for $7 for the gallon. Not a color I would have chosen myself but not a bad color either.
