Is she eating on her own too?She did drink a lot of water.
She is already in a dog crateJust get out there at daylight to check the crop. Or take up the food until about 7:30 when you can put it back out. Or place her in a dog crate for the night.
Layer crumbles. Well, it was Pellets, but we switched to crumbles. Same brand and same food. No one else is sick, so it can't be switching the food....Is she eating on her own too?
Give her some good chicken ration....or guinea ration.
What is her usual feed?
I don't think so? Her mom goes broody a few times a summer, and this is nothing like when she goes broody.Work on hydration and re-check her crop to see that it's emptying.
Is she broody?
Shes alive. I got her to eat another egg, but she's not much better. Is she still doing ok?
I am so sorry! I will be praying for you and your Guineas!Shes alive. I got her to eat another egg, but she's not much better.
Now her half sister Eclipse is sick. Same stuff. Lethargic, and skinny. I have them in a dog cage together. I'm super worried about them.
I am worried that it will pass in to their half sister Pie. She is super special to me. She hatched from my eggs, but I gave the eggs to a close friend. After a few months of raising Pie and her brother, with all of their siblings dying, she decided to give them to me.
I'm going to crack an egg and give it to them real quick.
About five minutes ago, I went out to my coop to feed everyone and that's when I saw Eclipse looking really sick.
