Extremely ill guinea hen. Very skinny and lethargic. HELP!

Her crop feels like a balloon.
Let that go down instead of shoving a bunch of other stuff into her.
Don't shove anything into her mouth or throat.
She ate most of a raw egg, let that digest and let her rest quietly.

Drip the EL solution on the side of her beak, and leave the container for her to drink on her own when she will.

So she was out in hot hot weather and now she's inside a cool house?

If she has eaten a whole egg, she might be full, but the meat might be accepted. Watery chicken feed is a good way to get extra fluids into them. Hopefully, it is just the heat. How does her crop feel? Can you check it once again in early morning before she eats or drinks anything, to see if has emptied normally? Does she lay eggs? If you think that she could be egg bound, give her a human calcium tablet with vitamin D. I really just know about chickens, but nothing about guineas. Let us know how she is doing in the morning, including what her poops look like.

Okay.

Alright.

She's more of on my porch. I can turn the fan in, but I didn't want her to go into shock. My porch is screened in. Its still warm, but should be a bit cooler.

Okay.
Her crop is squishy. Kinda like a balloon.
I really hope it's just the heat.
I can try to feel it in the morning. Hopefully she doesn't eat before I can feel it.
She has laid eggs before. In not sure when the last time was though. The person who came to check on them didn't get eggs 😡
I couldn't feel an egg in her. I'm not sure she is egg bound. I could feel her keel(?is that what's it's called, near use vent?) Bone. I can feel almost all of her bones. Poor baby 😕
Chooks and guineas are similar and different in so many ways!
I certainly will let you all know how she is in the morning.

It's hot right now, so she may be lounging more than usual too.

Good suggestions above. Check the crop first thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink. Report back on what you find out.

She's lice/mite free correct - have you checked?

I wouldn't try stuffing food into her, just make it available with plenty of fresh water.

Her crop feels good. Pretty empty.

My chickens have lice, but I've sprayed all of my birds, including her, with Permethrin. I'm running errands right now, but when I back, I will check for lice and mites.

She did drink a lot of water. I moved her waterer, and she hissed at me and started drinking like crazy this morning. I got a video. I'll post it in a second.

Here is a video when I checked on her earlier.
