Hens can have chronic problems with reproductive disorders.

I'd see that she's eating/drinking well, get the calcium into her. Make sure her crop is emptying.

If you haven't dewormed her, then consider doing that. Safeguard is found at TSC, dose is 0.23ml per pound of weight given orally once a day for 5 days in a row.

Look her over for lice/mites.
