Extremely small chicken

This is my eight week old with my one week olds. She seems fine except for being sooooo small. She has a slight scissor beak. Is she gonna be ok staying this small? She seems to eat and drink just fine. Any advice?

Also her tail never stops moving, goes up and down with every breath. She is beautiful.

What breed is she? Those of us with serama {smallest breed) watch for chicks that are smaller.

Feathered feet-Buff cochin bantam???? Tail seems wrong.
