Extremely Unwell chick, greyish diarrhea

I have a Two week old chick who struggled with what I thought was pasty bum for about a week, I was bathing her every second night to remove sticky diarrhea from her anus. It has become significantly more severe and nothing I’m doing seems to help. She is very lethargic, swollen and sore around her anus and leaking a grey/brown watery diarrhea. Pictures bellow.
