Eye (both) defect 8 week old Isbar chick?

Any idea what the issue is with this chick's eyes? Obviously it's not normal.

its like a cateract ( seen here in humans) she will be blind on that side. you can use eye ointment on it but chances are it wont do any good. is it on both sides? ( I couldn't get a clear look at the second pic)
