Eye bubbles

We picked up 5 pullets yesterday and we noticed today that one of them has what looks like soap bubbles on near the corners of both eyes. They don't appear to be bothering the chicken but I'm new to this and don't know if it's normal. She seems to be the only one. Thanks

she is getting or is sick. Quarantine her and search for "bubbly eyes" on this forum for more info.

Is this something that could be contagious to humans?
