Eye bulging

I've done a bunch of reading so far, looking for opinions. One eye is completely fine. All other 14 birds are good. No mucus or smells. Seems healthy and strong, legs fine, wings strong, active, eating and drinking fine

Also, no signs of 'damage' so to speak. Flushed with clean water, will be treating with antibiotic ointment. He's been isolated. Can it be an eye poke or peck or something? I'm not sure when this started, the bird is 3 weeks old.

I'm thinking the eye was poked or damaged somehow. Can you see a vet?

How did its eye turn out? How did you treat it?
