Update. I think something else is going on here. No improvement with the eye. She’s not eating at all now and isn’t standing on her own. She’s definitely dying and I’m super worried this is something else. The rest of my flock is fine for now.

Is she eating? Drinking? Pooping?
Have you tried giving her some electrolytes?
I hope she pulls through. I'm so sorry that you both are dealing with this. Good luck.

Sorry that she may be dying. If you cannot get her to eat or drink tube feeding is an option. However illness, may be why she was attacked by others. If you lose her, a necropsy by your state vet is a way to get a diagnosis.
