eye help

Our chickens have almost pecked the eye out of Rodeo the duck. We have separated him but need some advice on how to treat. The eye is oozing infection and looks as if they eye ball is in there but very swollen. Help?!

Sorry to hear about that.

Wash it out with a salt solution twice a day. Put ointment/drops in it daily. Keep all water clean and keep him away from other animals that could peck at it.
