Ok, here is what she has. material in between inner eye lid and outer lid, nose breathing issue, fowl fishy smell, wife says it is like a fleshy type of material I say fibrous. was able to remove some of it want to say it was like tofu, but harder. It looks to go behind the eye/socket area. Clear, more like tears, discharge and no drainage from the nose.

Sorry the pic is not crystal clear will try again.

No new chickens, no change in feed. Same free range area for last year. 8 birds on 1 acre with some oak trees that are dropping acorns.

Have been looking at pictures and reading doesn't fit Infectious Coryza or MG but I could be wrong. 2 hours of research and still no closer to figuring it out.

Thanks for the help off to try and get better photos

She does look like she has a couple of pecks around her eye, but it may be a respiratory disease. From the pus in the eyes and the fishy odor, it sounds like coryza, but MG can also cause swelling of the sinuses and eye, and bubbles in the eyes. Testing is the only way to know positively. Secondary infections are common in respiratory diseases, so it's possible to have more than one at the same time. Most respiratory diseases can make carriers of your flock. I would probably use both Tylan 50 injectable for 3-5 days, and either sulfadimethoxine or sulmet in the water. Clean the eyes with saline and apply some Terramycin eye ointment or Vetericyn eye gel twice daily. Here is some info on those diseases: http://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/ps044

I would separate her. Clean out any pus or solid white discharge from the eye with QTips, tweezers, etc. I would get her tested for coryza and MG, since both make carriers of her and your flock. Coryza can last for weeks, and it and MG can come back whenever the chicken is stressed. If you lose her, you could send her in to the the state vet for a necropsy and testing. Thanks I will be in town tomorrow and will see what we can do. A lot to read over. I read that the MG causes hatching trouble/fertility issues, we have had issues with this. Also the fact that we have wild finches also has me troubled. but I am not going to stress about it. doesn't do any good anyway! So I will have her tested and hope for the best. Wife didn't like the "cure" either but sound like it can be managed so we will see.

Thanks for the links
Robert
