eye infection?

I was just out finishing up some final work on my chicken run and saw that one of my hens has some sort of eye thing going on. she is keeping one of her eyes shut I picked her up and inspected her eye. It seams liked she can open her eye up if she wants. for some reason she is keeping it shut most of the time. I do not see any redness or any other injuries that could be causing her to do this. Any suggestions?

any thing I should be doing for it?

You can put a little hydrocortisone cream on it.Check your coop I run a fan in mine Mosquitos hate the wind

She looks like she is not doing well she is laying around all day have not seen her eat today but did see her take in a little water. Not sure if anything I should be doing she will get up when I push her to by getting close and trying to pet her she gets up looks ok but then I look in the run after just getting out of it and she is laying beck down looking like she is lifeless. I don't know any more ideas?

Maybe an overload of intestinal worms or coccidia .
