Next time you treat her, can you get some photos?

The eye actually looks a LOT better today. It’s not nearly as recessed as it was and is starting to look more like an eye again.

It’s not the best pic but when I opened it up with two hands I could see the eye a lot better

I'm glad it's getting a bit better. I would flush it out at least 2X a day and apply ointment.
Hopefully it will heal in no time.

It probably looked recessed due to the swelling around the eye. Hopefully the ointment will get it improving soon.

The foamy eye is indicative of a disease not an infection. She probably should be separated and watched so she doesn't infect other chickens.
