Eye injury or disease

9 Week old Jersey Giant with eye issue. I'm 99% positive this is an injury but want someone with more experience to take a peek. She was slowly introduced to my flock over a 2 week period. There is a lot of swelling. I've been opening the eye and putting antibiotic drops in. I'm unable to see the eyeball. Either from swelling or it's not where it should be. Anyone have a diagnosis or prognosis? Do one eyed chickens fare well?

Just treated it with antibiotic drops and noticed mucus coming out her nose on that side. Clear and white. Doesn't look like yellow puss. Could this be some sort of disease. Wondering if I need to quarantine???

i have had a few chickens like this. one day they are fine the next they're eye usually 1 looks crusty or runny. We just put in antibiotics and clean it with a warm paper towel and hope for the best. Good Luck!
