Has anyone dealt with peck eye injuries? (Of course you have, lol). In your experience, how long do they take to resolve? What I thought previously was respiratory issues, I am now thinking is a result of a peck injury. The hen is BAR and normal but has discharge from one eye and some inflammation but no sneezing or coughing. I recall seeing a spot of blood under her eyelid before the discharge started. She is very skritchy and not easy to catch for exam or to administer anything. She seems to be on the bottom of the pecking order and gets put in her place often. Will add some pictures - the one is a before picture, she has always had bigger looking eyelids.
