Eye Injury

One of our girls lost an eye to a coyote attack, and the remaining eye doesn't look all too great. I know they need both eyes in order to watch for predators, etc. This happened yesterday, and so far she's not eating (of course she can't see where her food is) and taking very little water (with a syringe). Recommendations? Should we try to help her, or should we not let her suffer?
