My chicken is about 9-10 months old, she stopped laying about 4-5 days ago, yesterday and today she’s spent a lot of time sitting in nesting box. This evening I noticed a sore above her eye and some color changes to her waddle. She is definitely the left out chicken (I have 3 all same age), but I’ve never seen the other 2 peck at her, though it’s possible. Any idea what might be going on??
I’ll include pictures, the last picture is her other side.
Thanks in advance!

To me, the scab and swelling above the eye looks like to be from injury or pecking.
If you have vet care that's always best.
I am not a vet nor expert, but if she were mine, I would apply a warm saline compress since that's over the eye, loosen the scab and press out any pus that may be under there. Chicken pus is a semi-hard cheese like substance that has to be physically removed, it does not drain. Clean that out really well, flush and pack with triple antibiotic ointment.

The white on the wattles looks normal color leakage (genetics) to me.

Just my 2¢ Hopefully @coach723 and @Eggcessive will chime in with theirs:)

I would agree that the swollen bumb over the eye may be an injury or abscess from a peck. If you can try to squeeze out some pus, which may be solid and yellow, then let us know what you found. Softening the scab first may help. I would watch out if they are bullying her, since she may not get enough to eat and drink. It could be only one bully, but I would do some observing.
