Eye issue?

I have a 1.5 year old EE who’s eyes seem more red today than normal. Around the eye… not the actual eye. They just seemed a bit more puffy and brighter red.. to the point that I noticed them. Does this look like an infection? She is fine otherwise.. eating.. drinking.. laying. Could this just be due to getting ready to lay. I’m a little worried that I got some dewormer in her eye a few days ago when trying to get into her mouth! Could it from that? IF this looks like an infection. How do I treat? I took this with a flash so it’s not the best picture. I can take more in the morning if needed. Thanks for helping!

It looks like some sort of an infection. How does her breathing sound? Pull the feathers back from around her ears and check her ears out for any infection.

I’ll check in the morning. I’ve bugged her enough tonight. Her breathing is fine and acting fine. I’ll get some more pictures and check her ears. I should mention too this girl always gets little white zit type things on her little comb.. could that be related? Thanks for your help!

If you zoom in on that picture you can see them. They are teeny tiny and white. I’ll post a few more so you can see eyes and comb. Thank you! I don’t hear any issues with Tuna’s breathing… her ear seems fine as well. Not sure what would look like infeftion but it appears normal. ?

Hmmm, I'm not quite sure what those white things are. I would try looking in her eye for debris, any peck wounds, a sting around her eye, etc. It doesn't sound like she has a respitory or ear infection, so I suppose that's good news!
