I dont think you gave her too much, its just 1 drop per pound, so if you gave her a little much its not going to cause life threatening aliments. Just keep her eyes clean, give her some vitamins and electrolytes, some snacks eggs, yogurt, ect... and remember to retreat with the ivermectin in 10-14 days

Depending on how much she weighs you could have given her the correct amount, just weigh her and double check if youre overly concerned.

Did you apply anything powerful directly on her eyes? I would say as a rule of thumb, never apply a questionable chemical directly on a chicken's eyes. Only if you are sure it is safe. Eyes are delicate.

Have you considered using saline to flush out her eyes? It might work, but don't try it unless someone else who has more experience with sick chickens approves it!
