Eye Pecking

I have a 3 week old and 1 week old I am trying to put together. The 1 week old keeps pecking at the 3 week olds eyes. She isn't crying out when she gets pecked but it is literally right in her eyeball. Is this something I should just let them sort out among themselves?

Very young chicks are attracted to shiny stuff and things like toes of the other chicks. Both probably look like foot. They all stop it after a few days. You can separate out the one pecking. Adding shiny glass rocks can give them something to peck at.
