What did you decide to use on the eye? I'd think if you decide to try hobbles I'd keep the gosling in a small pen to keep it from hurting itself if trying to keep up with the rest of the flock.Foot is improving I believe. I am wondering if it had the split leg problems when born. I am also thinking of trying hobbles on it. Has anyone ever used hobbles on an older gosling. I am thinking about 5 weeks old or somewhere around there. The eye doesn't look much different yet.
It will probably take time, looked to be swelling but the eye gel should help.I am currently using terimycin gel. I got a really close look and I think one of my older white Chinese goslings might of gotten him in the eye when I brought him outside for the first time.
Update the ones eye is all better and the limp on the other one ,i think, always be there but get around really well. Thanks for all the ideas and support. That water therapy did wonders.
