Eye problem / holding foot up

Hi all! One of my chickens (6 1/2 months) seems to have hurt her eye or have an illness. It is swollen and is white. Looks like a blanket of puss inside but no oozing. She is tired and holds one foot up. Any quesses?

Can you post a picture? If there is puss inside her eye, she could have a respiratory infection or perhaps got pecked in her eye, causing an infection. Cleaning all of the white pus out of her eye is important to do, and you can use QTips, cotton, warm eye compresses, and tweezers. Afterward apply some Terramycin eye ointment, or plain neosporin or bacitracin ointment to her eye twice daily. Does she have any sneezing, labored breathing, or wheezing?
