Eye problem

Good evening
We have a 12 week old Golden Pencil Hamburg hen. We noticed today that her left eye is closed and she’s spending more time inside the coop. She appears alert and we haven’t noticed changes in appetite.
Any ideas?????

Look for any redness or bubbles in the eye. Try some eye drops or an antibiotic ointment if it is irritated. Terramycin eye ointment can be found in feed stores, and Vetericyn makes an eye gel. Watch for any other symptoms.
