Eye Shape and Coloring Changed - Why?

Does anyone know what would cause a hen's eyelids to go from circular (and fully round) to somewhat oval shaped and almost half-closed? It has happened gradually ...and over the course of 2 years. I noticed in some old photos that her eyes used to be fully round/circular, And now they are not.
Could this be a dietary deficiency? Or some other internal physical issue? Her vision is really good as far as I can tell.

Photos #1 and #2 are taken in 2016-2017, and my hen Helen is approx 2-3.5 yrs old.Her eye shape is circular and pupils look normal.

Photos #3 and #4 are taken in Dec. 2019 (she's molting and it's about 34 degrees F out, and the last photo #4 was taken last week June 2020). In these photos she is about 6-7 yrs old. Her comb is floppy...but she is still laying on a regular basis. Could this just be old age? Or dietary?

A few of my older hens have eyes that look similar and have dark spots around the lid. I would think that is age or maybe she has scratched her eye. It is hard to see the eye color in the last two pictures. It just looks dark. Can you see the colored iris in her left eye? Has she ever had any respiratory problems?

Thanks for your reply, Eggcessive! It's hard for me to get a good (crisp, clear) photo, as she is a skittish one and doesn't like me getting too close. But, YES, I still do see some brown color in her eye...it's just that the overall shape has drastically changed from round/circular to almost oval, and they often seems half-shut. Not sure of it's old age... None of my other hens have this, though many are 6+ yrs old, their eyes are still round/circular.

Swelling around an eye from MG (mycoplasma) or from an injury could make the eyelids appear different.
