Eye swollen shut

Hello,
One of my chickens has one eye swollen shut. I have observed her for other symptoms and I don’t see anything else.
She is not shaking her head, scratching at her eye, her nose is not running and she isn’t sneezing.
She is eating fine, seems alert, and is laying eggs.

Is there anything I can do now to treat a broad spectrum of things, or do I just need to keep watch for other symptoms?

I did add probiotic and electrolyte mix to her water.
Any advice would be helpful, as I inherited this flock with my new home and have only been a chicken mama for about 3 weeks.
Thank you!

Is there any sign that she was stung or pecked? If not, she may have a swollen eye from a common respiratory disease, such as MG. Can you see any bubbles or foam in that eye? You can apply either Terramycin eye ointment or plain Neosporin triple antibiotic twice a day. Clean away any drainage or crust first. Tylosin powder which is found online from Jedds.com, can be put in the water 1 tsp per gallon, and used to treat symptoms of MG.
