Eye swollen

Hello, I have 3 month old babies and they are mixed in with my older flock, Brand new coop built and everything has been perfect, I woke up to let everyone out this morning and one of my little ones eye looks like this.
I am begging for any help. She is eating, drinking, running around and acting normal. She was not like this when we put them to bed last night

Picture is not showing. I would suggest coating eye with ophthalmic antibiotic ointment.
