Eye trouble

Y'all I need help. Noticed one of my Silver Sebright hens had a weird growth near her eye and her eye is sort of deformed. I posted this on a facebook group and they told me I needed to pop the swollen place and a cheesy puss would come out. Well I tried to pop it some tonight but blood just came out. They also told me to use terramycin for her eye. Help would be appreciated. Thankyou.

I think they were right about both the squeezing and the terramycin.

Maybe you could try a warm compress, then try pushing that out again?
