Eye watery and one closed

I have a silkie roo.. His eye just closed on one side and watery on the other.. Just got him a couple days ago.
Could it be worms? If anyone may know advise needed and what is good to give him?

You know, I did notice a little bubbles coming out of his nose the other day.. Just thought he was thirsty?
