Eye Worm Or Worms?

I was wondering if someone could help me figure this out. One of my hens has stop laying and I thought it was due to lighting. Then a couple days later one of her eyes was swollen( ONLY SYMPTOM) I thought it was CRD so I started treating with Liquamycin LA-200 she just got her second dose this morning. Well I was out with the girls for a bit and notice she had poop I went over and check it out (like I always do) and found egg larvae in it. I had worm them 3 weeks ago and then again last week with Safeguard...
I am very confused her eyes show no signs of worms and I thought that the safeguard got all worms.. Any advice would be great Thanks

If it wasnt fly larva, aka maggots, then most likely it was tapeworm segments and safeguard wont kill tapeworms. You'll need valbazen or zimectrin gold to kill the tapes.

I tried this morning but it was still too dark out before I left for work. Now its just a waiting game. Her eye is no longer swollen tho. Also since I did give her antibiotics and her last dose was this morning should I wait to give her the Valbazen? Thanks
