Eye Worm? *Picture

So one of my girls has had this going on with her eye for the past month or so. From what I've looked up, maybe it's eye worm? If it's not eye worm, what else could it be? I really need some advice on what to do to get rid of it if it is eye worm because I do not have to stomach to press it out of there, a technique I've seen on some delightful You Tube videos. Any ideas?

No, you've posted in the right place. I have no idea what it is and I suspect most that have looked at your thread also have no idea. Hopefully someone will recognize it and offer some advice. Good luck!

I would think a worm in the eye would look long like a little thread that looks like a ball, are you sure it's not a little infection? You can see it better so what ever you think.
Terramycin eye ointment is good for infection.
