I just started raising chickens.
I have one 4 wk old chick in its own box.
I have three 4 day Olds and three one 2 day old and 1 day old.
The day old is with the problem.
Here's the video.
I am needing help asap. It's currently back in an incubator at 35C with water and food. I though maybe it was it's sibling trampling on her.

Please help.
Thanks in advanced

The chick could be suffering delayed shock from shipping. Give it some warm sugar water. Dip its beak in the sugar water and let it drink all it wants. Do this every half hour for the next two hours. If it can't drink on its own, give the water with an eye dropper by prying open the beak and placing the drops on the right side of the mouth. (the chicks right, not yours)

Your lamps may need adjusting. Test the temp directly beneath the lamp with a thermometer. For the first week, it shouldn't be any warmer than 90F. For three to four-week oldd, there should be no heat at all during the day, and just 75F at night. If the brooders are in a heated room, the spot under the lamp shouldn't be above 80-85F.

I hatched the chick so I'm not sure if it would be shock. Would the sugar water still be a good try?

Agree to raise that heat lamp up.
Do watch the temps, looks like they inside where it's warm already and in a plastic tote which will trap heat as well.
There only needs to be one warm spot for the chicks, give them plenty of space that is cool so they can regulate their body temperature.
