We broke down and got 6 Olive Egger (said the sign) chicks at TSC. Noticed one chick getting pecked at by her mean sister. When I picked her up she seems to have something over her eyes. Or maybe another chick pecked out her eyes? I have no idea but the poor thing is lethargic. What can we do to save her? Any info will be most helpful. Thanks!

It could be a nasty contagious disease, something like this happen to me. At first I thought another chick pecked its eye, but upon closer observation and disease reference, I culled it.

Yes it looks as if her eyes are just closed. But you say she’s lethargic too? Do you have chicken electrolytes you can give her? Has she been eating?

Yes sort of laying around trying to sleep. No peeps when picked up. Yes I think she ate. I can give electrolytes and see if she eats regularly. We just got her a few hours ago so I am sure there was stress from the car ride. Thanks so much for the assistance!
