Eyes issues

The chicks were perfectly healthy and now 5 of them had this eye disease and 3 have died and now there are two left.
What should I do?

There is bulging and the eyes are closed

It looks like conjunctivitis, possibly with sinus infection typical in mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG,) a chronic respiratory disease. You may contact your state vet or poultry lab and get a necropsy done on one or two (usually the cost is the same for two in many states) to get a diagnosis. Did you hatch the chicks from your eggs, or did the chicks come from somewhere else?
