"Why should i be scared?" Luna snarled. "Who even is Snowberry?"

Jay's small spurs stiffened. Violence wasn't an option, unless she attacks first, Jay thought. "Come with me." Her hackles started to go down, but they were a little spiked at the back.

Fang's head shot up. "Blaze is the name of your rooster? I uh- I need to go check something." Flapping down from the pine tree, she walked towards the trees, then paused. "I'm lost. I was chasing a cricketer and I came into the scary forest... can you help me get back to the moor?"

"Yes. Blaze is my rooster. He left to help a lost hen, but he'll be back soon." Cave replied. She found it odd that Fang needed to go so soon. She flew down with her. "Ok. Sure! I'm great at finding things!"

Sparrow trudged through the forest to the meadow. A small stream bubbled nearby and birds chattered above. Ahead Sparrow could just make out flowers. She quickened her pace. Until she stumbled upon Phoenix 's body. She sighed in relief to see that she was exactly the way Sparrow had left her. Sparrow leaned closer and whispered, "I'm going to make you proud, mother." Phoenix's cold but warm eyes only stared at the sky, still capturing the beauty of the world. (This is very important to remember).
