Eyes swollen shut?

Worried about my buff... for a couple days his eyes have been swollen and he is only able to squint. Does anyone know what this might be and what I could do to help him?

Possible a bee sting?
I have no idea about this but can you give benadryl to geese?

It’s both. I wonder if he did get stung... I’ll do some research on Benadryl. Thank you.
