I have a chicken that got terrible injuries on her face and eyes. She's blind and I do think know if she will get her vision back.

She's eating and I can get her to drink. What can I use to help her face heal? Do I have to wrap it? And what can I use to clean her?

I used some water and hydrogen peroxide to clean her wounds up a bit but I didn't want to use hydrogen peroxide on her eyes(ouch).

I don't have much to use at the moment but I can try my best

Here are some pictures

Terramycin should be used on the eyes, I would then clean wattle area with sterile saline and coat with Neosporin. Is the other side of her face okay?

What happened to the poor thing?

Sorry about you poor hen. Had she been outside today or locked in the coop? Are you able to see her eye inside the bloody tissue? Vetericyn wound spray is pretty good for wounds, and okay if it gets into the eyes. Terramycin eye ointment is good for eyes, but I have used plain Triple Antibiotic Ointment in a pinch. Saline is very good as well. Keep her separated until she is better. Have the other birds been picking on her recently? Do you have a rooster?

She has been outside a bunch. I let the chickens out in their run before I left for school and I didn't see her like this.
She has opened an eye recently but it got swollen closes again. She can see well out of the eye that opened.
I haven't really noticed her print picked on or anything recently but she is an old lady, maybe she can't defend herself against the younger hens?
And I do have a rooster in the coop but he's a young friendly silkie roo. I can't imagine him doing much harm to any of the ladies.

It looks more like a predator, possibly a hawk or a raccoon, but it might have been an attack. She should be brought inside and kept warm tonight if possible.
