Yes, the trees regrow. You do not need to replant them.
Yes, you need to replow and replant your fields.

All of you that are just starting - you really want to work on people's farms to get $$$. I swear I've only been playing for about 4 days and I went from 0 coins to 180,000, lol!

Go to the market and hang out. You can beg for a job there too. But I find if I just sit in there I get hired pretty often.
