I have about 14 neighbors! Is that too many? I am only on level 7 because I am trying to get a house. $55 k already

ETA: 14 is the limit - I tried to offer Jenna to be my neightbor by I am neighbored out!

No, I think I can be other people's neighbors, but they won't be mine - ya know what I mean? When I go to someone elses farm that is a neighbor, they are blank all the way around when on my farm they show up as next door.
